So, drinking a Smoothie after a workout is a good thing?
It sure is. But don’t refer to them as Smoothies. Smoothies can mean anything. Just look at the ingredients of all the large smoothie franchises. Instead, I am talking about a specific type of drink replete with just the right amount and type of nutrient-dense sugars, phytonutrients and proteins from nature. We call these drinks Recovery Shakes.
